the user agency for diversion of 6.004 Ha in reserve forests of Rampachodavaram range 2.649 ha & Addateegala range 3.3555 ha for formation of road from Kota to Chinthalapudi in favour of the Executive Engineer, TW Division, Rampachodavaram may not recommended as the route is very narrow between stream and hill portion upto 2.00 km and road cannot be laid without undertaking blasting in the forests which is not permitted as per F c Act, 1980 and 328 number of trees to be felled for creation of this road. Further it is submitted that the adverse impacts in the form of damage to thick and dense vegetation of semi evergreen forests and habitat fragmentation of the wildlife habitats as leopard, bison, sloth bear, barking deer, sambar etc., are found these areas
