• The forest land over 22.551 ha diversion 21.00 ha + re diversion 1.551 ha within the allotted block of Rengalbeda North East Iron ore mines of Orissa Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd OMECL within the total mining lease area of 24.203 ha as per LoI given by Steel & Mines Department, Govt. of Odisha. • There is one big ficus religiosa tree of approximately two hundred years old near D pillar which needs to be conserved. • The trees present with the Safety Zone area within 7.5 mtr of NH 215 and all around the ML area should be retained to minimize ecological imbalance. • The submitted diversion proposal over 22.551 ha Forest land 21.00 ha forest land for diversion and 1.551 ha forest land for re diversion under Keonjhar forest division is forwarded herewith for consideration as per provision under section 2 ii of Forest Conservation Act, 1980 Amended .
